Hello,
Ever since having my FTTC install done (with estimated speed of 59Mbit) its slowly getting worse and worse.
I have opened a call (yesterday) that has been assigned but nothing back yet, after checking again today my IP profile is now under 40Mb (was 50 yesterday) and my upload speed is terrible (8Mb).
Initially when the service was activated it was running quite sweet...
Could I please get an update as to what is going on?
