The BT IP profile on FTTC only really changes when the modem re-syncs (whether by user intervention or DLM). Sometimes the modem will re-sync very quickly and not be seen as a connection drop (PPP session not dropped), in this case the BT IP profile does not update. You can safely 'disconnect' and 'reconnect' through your router's interface to refresh the PPP session then run the BT speedtest with 'further diagnostics' to check whether the IP profile has changed.
The BT IP profile is set to 96.8% of the modem's sync speed.

Hi BigTabs,
Looks like we got a profile update this morning though unfortunately this follows a drop in sync speed - I've set your profile on our side to match at 26600, please let us know if that improves though and we'll make sure to bump our side up (if it hasn't followed automatically).
