FTTC ~8mb/s - No sign of resolution

Hi there.
For the last few months my internet has been working around 8mb/s with an up of around 0.8.
I have been waiting for an engineer to come and inspect the problem, this morning I had a call from a phone line engineer, who reminded me multiple times that he was not a broadband engineer, checked my line for noise and reported back that it was perfect and there was no noise on the line. There were no repairs or fixes performed.
What happens now?

Re: FTTC ~8mb/s - No sign of resolution

The fault ticket is back with our Faults Team. They will be in touch in due course with further information for you.
I can see you've got a thread here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,123459.msg1071692.html#msg1071692 - for tracking purposes it would be easier if we could keep everything to one thread Smiley
I'll give the Faults Team a nudge.
