Hi, I'm due to have fibre broadband installed tomorrow (29/08/14)and just checked my account summary page and my order is shown as PENDING with a date of 01/01/1970??? Is this normal? Thanks,
Morning newbec, The 01/01/1970 date just means that the service hasn't been activated yet. I can confirm though that the installation is still going ahead for tomorrow. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Dan
