FIBRE - How quick can we have it?

MY inlaws have fibre enabled in their area and now are thinking about it. If say they were to place their order with PN on Monday, how quickly could they get it?

The minimum lead time for an engineer booking is 7 days, but this could obviously be longer depending on demand in the area.

Re: FIBRE - How quick can we have it?

Hi houlton23,
As BRABUS mentioned, the minimum lead time is 7 days, we will always try and give the earliest provisioning date possible. You can go through the sign-up process and this would show you a list of dates, you can stop the process at any point on here.
If you need any further help then give me a shout.

Is that 7 working days or calendar days? I saw someone on here managed to get it done in 5 days, that would be awesome.
Father-in-law is just about to call PN and go through and place an order he said.
