Extremely slow upload speeds

Hi all my upload speed has been getting slower and slower the past few weeks its now crawling at 0.67Mbps 

Download speeds are fine and haven't changed.

 

i've done all the usual rest my pc, reset my router tried multiple ports, wireless etc

 

can someone help as I currently don't have a phone to call plusnet, is there an online chat service ?

plusnet do not offer a chat service, two options for you are

or
