Extremely slow broadband

I am a plusnet customer with a Technicolor TG582n. My internet has recently been extremely slow. I have attached the information that is requested in the relevant thread.

Are you running the tests wirelessly?
Is there anyone on your network with any kind of file sharing/torrent programs running?

Hi there,
I can see your speed profile on BTs side has dropped to 8300 so I've updated your one on our side to match, if you're seeing speeds below that though please do let us know - if that is the case please also run the BT speed tester: http://speedtest.btwholesale.com from a PC using a wired connection to the router and let us know what it reports.
