Extremely low speeds

Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem too? My broadband speed is down to 0.56.
This problem has been ongoing for months, someone fiddles with the settings, it's fine and then a
few days later it's the same rubbish service again. I even took a day off work for engineers to access
the property - surprise, surprise they didn't need to as the fault has nothing to do with our equipment.
Try to contact Plusnet by phone - 30 minute queues. British call centres, it's a joke, I might as well be
trying to contact India!
Come on Plusnet you are about to lose a customer, I'm at the end of my tether with this.

30 mins wait time, no such luck 47 mins and still waiting......

Hi @Gina,
Sorry to hear about the issue with slow speeds. I can see another engineer visit has been booked so I hope that goes ahead without any issues.
Please reply back here if there's any issues beyond that visit so we can make sure someone is on the case urgently.
