I have been a plusnet customer for over a year now. When we finished our initial offer package, we re signed a contract to continue with broadband and our landline.
We are used to getting between 5 - 6MB speeds but for the last few weeks we are lucky to even hit 0.2MB. I have done all the usual - reboot the router etc but nothing is changing. Can one of the tech team look into this as I work from home and need my internet to do my job
