I want the call with [CSA Removed] listened to by a manager and for the manager to call me back. He was extremely aggressive, shouted at me, was condescending, rude and threatening and accusatory. It was the worst experience I have had with any company and he needs to be put on a disciplinary. I called plusnet because of persistent dropping of the broadband which started when I joined the company. I have had several engineers come out to fix whatever problem they claimed they could see and I have had 3 routers sent to me yet the connection has continued. The problem of dropping has occurred every week, several times and literally every Month, I have had to call complaining. Its the worst experience ever on top of now the worst customer service from [CSA Removed] who literally screamed at me and was so rude and aggressive. I am eagerly awaiting a call back from a senior manager, after the call between [CSA Removed] and I has been listened to.
