See - I knew I would have missed something key.
Any ideas why the copy of the ip profiles that Plusnet get only seem to be updated swiftly when the bt profile moves lower?
My BT ip profile updated seemingly within a few minutes of connecting at 12600+, giving an IP Profile of 11200+.  Looking at the Plusnet IP Profile, its not budged from 7.15mb for coming up 24 hours now..
