One of the dips in the bitloading is probably the pilot tone, although on ADSL2/2+ it usually has a couple of bits allocated to it.

On most of the previous plots I've seen there was only those 7 (where there were enough tones in use to see them) starting with tone 110 on ADSL2+.  The tones affected are different on ADSL2 (same as ADSL1) on an MSAN and it's only 3 tones.
