Estimated line speed..

Last couple of checks have dropped this figure to 1Mb, it's always been 4Mb/ish

Any idea what's going on?
Also the profile seems to be stuck since this first happened, could someone check/confirm and maybe fix it for me?

Hi Pedro,
I've had a look and given your connection profile on your account a slight nudge up to 5.3Mbps.
I wouldn't worry too much about the estimates that you're quoted. If the actual speed is correct then that's absolutely fine. If you notice a drop in speeds then do let us know and we can take a look at that for you.
