Estimated and Current line speed

Why the difference? I have been with Plusnet for over 10 days now and was expecting the connection speed to reach a 'happy medium'

Could you post the stats reported by your router (sync speed, attenuation and noise margin) and the results from a BT speed test please.

10 years? What's the story?
Anyway, I've just rectified an error on the BT system which seemed to have stuck your profile, I'm going to reset the line and this should kick your profile up to 7150k
