Estimated Line Speed

Just wondering:
High-speed Broadband
Estimated line speed:
There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.
Current line speed:
70.4 Mb
This could be because of a recent line fault, that's now corrected. Could someone from Plusnet comment?

The estimated line speed tends to disappear after awhile, nothing out of the ordinary. To get the estimate back start the change product route and just cancel the change after the estimate is shown.
That's RPM to you!!

Hi Steven,
I can verify what RPMozley has mentioned, if you were to change products or at least start that particular online journey a new estimate should be generated.
