Estimated/Current line speed difference

New FTTC connection - why is my estimated line speed and current line speed  22mb out?
Estimated line speed:
59Mb (Accurate to within +/- 1Mbit) - Checked on 2013-03-22 20:14:10
Current line speed:
37 Mb

Because you might be provisioned on the wrong product.
Hopefully one of the DC team will check this shortly.

Mine went the other way - 50Mb estimate and 73Mb connection.
Next door manage half of that though.
