Enquiry re legacy products and ADSL2/2+

It does not affect me personally, but a relative, who is still with one of PN's earlier legacy products.
Has any decision been made yet, if some or none will be upgradable from ADSL Max?
If decision awaited, when is news expected?

We don't have a definitive list of which legacy products are eligible for ADSL2+ upgrades and these are considered on a case-by-case basis. The best comparison I can give is to say that Extra on market 3 @ £11.49 is eligible so if your relative is paying more than that there should be no quibbles.

I think it was Home Premium (Special Offer). BTW did that have a cap?

Home Surf has a 20GB limit with restrictions at 13GB and 17GB during peak times 4pm - midnight. Same as Premier.
