Engineer no-show

Hi, BT Openreach meant to come this morning. No sign or any contact yet.
I got emails from plusnet at 8am this morning telling me my account is now active and confirming an engineer will be out today.
Just checked my support tickets though and one of concern is there:
Provisioning of your ADSL Account Information
Install diary status changed from ADSL Active to Applied Fee Not Paid
(via ADSL2+ Order System Interface)

I won't be happy if BT have cancelled as i've took the day off work...
If a customer rep could help that'd be great

I'm really sorry to hear that the engineer hasn't turned up. I've passed this issue onto our Provisioning Team to get this chased up for you.
