Engineer came yesterday AT LAST, sorted, but today fault is back again. ANGRY

After a very long time of slow speeds and broadband fault, I have waited for an engineer who could not get here due to weather conditions. Yesterday, I finally got  the engineer visit and by the end of the day, my speeds were right up again. However - TODAY - they are right back where they were before - less than 12 hours later.
I called to let Plusnet know and was told by someone called Ricky that I had to wait again for things to be monitered. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN Huh This goes on and on and on, and I am totally sick of waiting for this fault to be fixed. The engineer should have to come back here again ASAP to sort this out.
I AM NOT HAPPY !!!  Angry  Angry

I'm so sorry to hear that the issue has returned so suddenly. I have one of our faults team picking this up for you so hopefully we'll get some ideas of the next step we can take.
