Thanks for your reply Matt.
If nothing can be done to make completion earlier then nothing can be done. But can you do anything to compensate for my time?
Firstly i'm entitled to £45 for the missed engineer appointment - nobody seems to be helping me in getting this.
Secondly the delays in between, the frequent phone calls, the tickets. Something towards a mobile broadband sim to get us up and running would be welcomed and appreciated.

3 Days later - nothing. I have replied to the ticket but it's pointless as you get sent straight to the back of the queue and receive a reply days down the line.
