Ending contract

How do I find out if I'm on a one month contract? ALso, how do I end my contract with this company that seems to have no value for loyalty? 🙂

Re: Ending contract

You can't have signed upon that basis; do you mean has my contract expired?

You should have had some e mail correspondence from PN prior to expiry, or possibly

phone call, unless you don't allow in your settings for marketing preferences.

Unfortunately PN choose not to show this vital info regards your contract within the My Account

settings; PN could do better, especially as details will often differ between BB & phone contact, if you have both.

All mine shows is ~

Service

Plusnet Unlimited (Contracted without Phone)

which is incorrect, as I have contract for both, but expiry dates would be handy to have.

Re: Ending contract

In the member centre go to account details->account summary

The values in the cost column will indicate if you are still under contract.

Re: Ending contract

Find your current product from https://www.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary (where Browni pointed you to).

If the cost on cancellation is zero you are out of contract. E.g.

Thank you all for your helpful replies.

I have numerous accounts on that page! Sad

I would have called plusnet customer services but the wait times are moer than 30 mins!
