Emails are being lost again

I have been performing some maintenance of mail configuration this morning which has resulted in 6 tickets being placed on my account which say that an email was sent.
I've only received four of the emails - and the last one is not one of the missing.

Hello, I agree.  It is now almost two hours since a colleague told me he had sent an important email with .pdf attachment and it has not yet arrived

hcmbrown, it was received at about 9:14am and is in your Spam folder. Log in to webmail to see it. If you don't want spam messages to go to your Spam folder then you can change your preferences using the manage my mail tool in the Member Centre.

Topic: Panic! 10,000 assorted spam emails just tried to download to my account

Another problem - suddenly an email from my ccgi forums to myself has bounced with:
SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data:
    host mx.core.plus.net [84.92.2.1]: 550 REJECTED:
    This message has been identified as Spam by the administrator
My spam setting is for it to be tagged.

We are just raising a problem on the 550 bounces now as we have just noticed this too.

I've just been told that mail to my account is being bouced again.
Have asked for the rejected mail to be sent to my msn account . . . will update this thread when I receive this.

I thank Bob for leading me to my lost important email, which (from this source) is not normally treated as spam, but this time for some reason it was.
I now have a new problem in that I tried to send an email to myself from another account and it bounced having been treated as spam like many others are experiencing.
Not a good day.

Sorry I had to go out for a period of time and did not reply right away.  Until I get used to this forum, I will answer via my questions.  I apologise for this I am so new.
