One odd thing I'm seeing, mostly in the "caught" spam, is messages with no title and "Sender unspecified". Manual inspection appears to show a full header including Title and Sender. I notice that several of the header lines begin with spaces, which appears to hide them?
I'd imagine that's Exim getting confused. I believe we've conditions in place where if certain headers aren't present we automatically deem an email to be spam (this tends to be a fair representation that the headers being corrupted). As long as the emails aren't being incorrectly classified then I wouldn't worry too much about it.
