Email re faster speeds in '5 weeks' - it's now 11 weeks...

I had an email on 15th Sep saying:
"We have good news for you. The exchange equipment we use to provide your service has now been upgraded, and we can offer you a faster 'upto 20Mb' service.
You don't need to do anything, and we'll switch you over automatically, for free.
We expect this to happen within the next 5 weeks."

I didn't hear anymore and my speeds haven't changed.  Is there a problem rolling this out?

Your line profile has changed from 7150 before the upgrade to 16000 after the upgrade. What speeds do you get on a speedtest now?

These things can sometimes be delayed. What is the status of your exchange for 21CN WBC at Sam Knows?
Edit: Never mind. I see from Chris's post that you have been upgraded...
