I had thought that my email issue was resolved but I have discovered that some people are still receiving bounce messages from me. My mother, who is also on Plusnet and also uses a 123-reg domain to forward mail to her Plusnet email address, sent me a couple of messages this morning which I received but when she tried to send some others she got the following bounce message.

I don't understand why some messages come through and some don't. Please can anyone suggest what might be happening?
