Email not being received

Hi,
For several months all my Husband and I have been recieving on our e-mail accounts has been spam e-mail.
The only exception has been payment notifications from yourselves.
We have checked all settings on our account, and no matter what we do it does not make a bit of difference, all we are receiving is spam
This is getting frustrating as we know e-mails have been sent to us and are not being received
Can you please help

HI,
Thanks for the reply, yes I do know which addresses the e-mails were being sent to and as far as the catch-all is concerned it has been on and off it does not make any difference, nothing gets delivered.
There is no re-direct on the mailboxes in question
Thanks again for the reply, I have tried everything we are really getting cheesed off with this, maybe we are missing something but the mails are just not getting through.

Hi,
There are no alias, we have aready sent test e-mails with catch all on and off
A friend has been sending mails as well nothing is arriving.
I have been with plusnet for over 5 years and never known this to happen.. Roll_eyes
