Email addresses

Ok, I've just changed my email address and i used to have my PN emails going to my old email address, somehow i managed to set it so that it redirected the email so aswell as going to squirrel mail it also went to my personal email address, ive been trying to input my new email address so that my DD notifications will go to my new email address and i cant seem to get my head around it and im getting really frustrated  Sad. PLEASE can someone tell me how to do this or if a staff member could sort this for me you'd really be helping me out. Thank you in advance

Hi there,
Do you mean an external email address (like hotmail or gmail or something like that)? If so I suspect all you need to do is log in to the members centre at http://portal.plus.net, visit your mail configuration page and set up a redirect. Your DD notifications are sent to both postmaster@ and "defaultmailbox"@ so you could add a redirect so all mails to postmaster@ get sent to your personal email address, and then remove the existing postmaster alias that's in place.
This would mean that postmaster emails are sent to your personal address but all mails would still be visible in squirrel mail.

If you mean things like Billing Notifications etc. going to two addresses, then you can arrnage this on  the portal.
If you log in to the portal at https://portal.plus.net/ then click on Account Details. You then need to click on Edit Details to change the notification email address.
