Early connection possible?

My modem has been syncing since we moved in, only PPP auth is failing - is it possible for my new plusnet account to be activated on the off chance my line is physically connected to the correct DSLAM? About to throw the 3G dongle into the sea!

Only if BT have signed off on it, give them a call and find out.

Are plusnet staff able to see if my modem's auth requests are hitting their servers?
