Early broadband activation

Hi there,
I have received my modem today but the activation date is on 19 of August. I have plugged everything and the broadband light is stable and green.
Is it possible for you to try to activate my broadband? I am willing to allow billing to start immediately to give it a try.

Hi,
The internet led is still not active.
Maybe the work was still not completed. Or do you ave any idea about something I could try on this side?

Unfortunately there's little we can do from here, until the order is officially complete we can't actually test the line either.
