Early activiation possible?

Dear Plusnet Support,

I would like to ask if it would be possible to activate my broadband earlier than the current advised timing of 26th November (ideally by tomorrow). My router is due to arrive tomorrow.
There are specific reasons I require the broadband to be activted earlier, but I prefer not to give details on the forum.
Your help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Plusnet can only do an early activation once the BT engineers have done their bit. If your router shows it is in sync, then is the time to ask for the account to be activated.

Hi abc123,
I've taken a look to see if the work required to complete your order has been done yet, unfortunately it hasn't. The committed date set is by the end of the day on 25/11/2013 (Monday). The order is still on track and on time to complete.
If there are any issues after this time, please do let us know.
