Early activation

I have had my router posted today and have plugged it in. I have steady green lights except for internet which is red.

I am supposed to be activated on 23rd August but was wondering if I could be activated early.

Any help please.

There doesn't seem to be any Plusnet staff on here at the moment - it is weekend - but hopefully one of them may be able to pick this up Monday for you.

Hi there.

Unfortunately as we're taking over the line from another provider we can't speed it up as any transfer has to take a minimum of 10 working days.
