Early activation

I have had my router posted today and have plugged it in. I have steady green lights except for internet which is red.

I am supposed to be activated on 23rd August but was wondering if I could be activated early.

Any help please.

Hi there.

Unfortunately as we're taking over the line from another provider we can't speed it up as any transfer has to take a minimum of 10 working days.
