Hi there, I've has my router for two days and I'm still waiting for activation. Is it possible someone could activate my service early and commence my usage and all that? I'll pay from now rather than my activation date obviously. Thanks, Jbyrne93.
Hi Jbyrne93, It looks as though the work to activate your broadband actually took place this morning so your account has now been activated. You should now find that the router will automatically connect but if you have any problems with this then just give our support team a call on 0800 432 0200.
