Early activation

Dear Plusnet support,
Would you be able to activate our broadband connection early? It is set to activate tomorrow, but it would be a tremendous help if we could have it activated today.
We have a solid DSL light, but still get the "authentication failed" error in the router.

Hi there,
I've just checked the account and can see it was activated automatically just a few minutes ago. You should be able to connect very shortly.
