Early activation

I've seen some people have their activation day brought forward. Is this possible for me I was told that my go live date was April the 16th but now it's been confirmed as the 17th

Hi,
the order is still due for the 16th. We're aware of an existing issue that means you'll have been sent an email stating the 17th, it's a known issue so please ignore that.

Hi thanks for that info. Is there any chance I can be activated earlier than that if I ask extra nicely or is that out of your control

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to bring the order forward, if we tried it'd likely end up moving the date further away than closer.
