Hi there. I've noticed a lot of people asking for early activation of their service upon receiving their router. I'd also like this as soon as I get mine, but since I was initially told to wait for the activation date, I don't want to be a problem customer by nagging for special treatment. I'd like to know whether it's ok to ask for this service (with the priviso that billing starts early, support can't start yet etc)?
If so, I'll join the throng and will ask for this helpful service in the next few days!

I am due to be transferred to Plusnet the day after the Bank Holiday.
It would be extremely useful if that could be brought forward to before the Bank Holiday please?
