Early Connection

hi i'v just had new phone line and i'm waiting for my broadband to be connected its due on 4th of april but my dsl light on router is green and im connected to the exchange at 8128 and 448 so alls good there just wont let me connect yet...so any chance of it earlier than the 4th preferably with interleaving switched off thanks

can possibly get it on but can't change any settings. As the order is not complete with our suppliers then we cannot raise any faults/orders against it. If I manually activate it I cannot guarantee that it will work (although it normally does) and this will also start your billing process whether or not you can connect. Are you happy for me to go ahead with that?
