Early Activation

Chancing my arm, but wondering if an early activation might be possible now that the router has arrived?

Tried calling earlier and was told that my order was incomplete, but I've seen other people be successfully activated in similar circumstances -any help greatly appreciated

Unfortunately none of the engineering work has been done on your line yet so we wouldn't be able to activate your connection early

Thank you for letting me know, I've had no joy getting a straight answer on the phone. It's scheduled for the 18/19th, so only a few days to go Smiley
