Hi, Is there any way I can get activated early? I have seen a couple of posts and it seems do-able if the broadband light is green, I have tried phoning but cant get through, any help would be great, cheers, Josh

Sorry to hijack. Have the same situation, router is showing all green. Can someone please check if my line has been activated?

You're accounts not showing as live on the BT side. As long as you are aware you will be billed from today and that we can't raise faults (should we need to) until the official completion date, I'd be happy to enable the account for you now.

The account's been activated. If you aren't using one of our routers, remember you'll need the realm at the end of the username ( normally @plusdsl.net). If you are using one of our routers, TR69 should automatically set everything up for you.
