Hi guys,
My router has a solid green light but no connection yet, so I'm not sure if I need an engineer visit or just a remote activation?
anyway my go live date is the 12/02, but I need my broadband for work so would be really appreciated if someone could activate today or tomorrow please?
Cheers,

In the gold old days of DIY 512k IPstream[2001] they could but not any more. They won't until openretch sign off on the job telling them it is active.

Hopefully PN will check the status of the order and activate your account if possible.

Hi dj981,
I've just checked on the order and can see that an engineer is still required which has been booked in for 12/02/2014 - AM slot. The order won't complete until this has been completed I'm afraid.
