Early Activation

Hi guys,
My router has a solid green light but no connection yet, so I'm not sure if I need an engineer visit or just a remote activation?
anyway my go live date is the 12/02, but I need my broadband for work so would be really appreciated if someone could activate today or tomorrow please?  Cool
Cheers,

Re: Early Activation

In the gold old days of DIY 512k IPstream[2001] they could but not any more.  They won't until openretch sign off on the job telling them it is active.

Re: Early Activation

Hopefully PN will check the status of the order and activate your account if possible.

Re: Early Activation

Hi dj981,
I've just checked on the order and can see that an engineer is still required which has been booked in for 12/02/2014 - AM slot. The order won't complete until this has been completed I'm afraid.

Re: Early Activation

@dj981
I've just activated the account but as Chris says it's unlikely you'll be able to connect until after the engineer visit.

Re: Early Activation

Ah cool thanks, just got an email saying the engineer is coming today but I'm guessing that's why? Nice one thanks.
