ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

This message has been popping up and preventing me from visiting many sites -- notably talk talk!  I have scoured the posts and already turned the router off for 65 minutes.  It hasnt fixed the issues.  It happened following a week of appalingly slow internet speed.  Can anyone help?  Getting fed up with this!

Apologies for the issues you're having. I've looked over your account and can't see any reason this would be happening. Everything seems ok on your account and the connection profile is all set correctly. Are you still seeing the same issues?
