ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

Hi. I'm getting this message. Too complicated to raise a ticket. Can anyone assist with this?

I'm getting this message on some sites. I player and Netflix are not working neither.

Account should be all paid as it's don't bu direct debit and there's money in the account that it comes from.

Can anyone advise? We have rebooted all devices including the router but we are still getting the problem intermittently.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re getting this error message. Can you turn your router off for 65 minutes as that usually fixes the problem?

I appreciate that this is a quick bodge "Fix" @Gandalf,  but is it in the stack to investigate a proper FIX?
