ERROR 1 : Broadband Not Connected

I have had an issue since the storm...now unsure if related or purely coincidental.
I have added the error message I get when I try connect on Phone or Laptop. As you can see from the screenshot I am connected to the Wifi...it lets me connect and I can see in order to connect. When I open up the phone it has the IP, Subnet, Router, DNS, etc
But trying to access any webpages I get that error.
I have tried with the TH582n Router, and also with my ASUS N66U router - both displaying similar errors. I have rebooted, unplugged, changed wires, but nothing,
I have an outstanding support ticket but no one has got back to me yet, and my 3G on my phone is going through the roof!!!

Very kind to recieve a call.
Seems to be an issue with the exchange (likely related to the storm). So fingers crossed can be addressed and fixed soon. Estimated for Friday Afternoon.
Will leave this open in case anyone having the same issue - will be an issue in exchange and Openreach will need to address.
