ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT with BoyleSports

I can't find an ongoing thread for ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT otherwise I'd have added it there. Whenever I go to http://www.boylesports.com/ I get the connection timeout. This happens with a wired PC and my phone over WiFi. My wireless MAC also won't connect. If I disconnect my phone from WiFi and use the mobile signal I can access the site, possibly suggesting it's a problem with the broadband rather than my PC. Either way, I've tried flushing DNS and renewing ipconfig but that hasn't helped. What else can I try?

Can you carry out a traceroute and paste the results here?

If you're unsure on how to do this there are instructions here

We've made some changes which may have fixed this.

Can you try accessing it again?

I'd just noticed it was working when I tried to traceroute. It seems to be working again, but I did get 

 

"11 * * * Request timed out."

 

 

for 1 or the 12 stages. I don't know if that's normal or not. Possibly problem solved. Thanks for your help.
