Just how long do plusnet need to sort out email issues ? They have now had several months already & am getting nowhere fast !
I've just loaded up your account and can see an update on ticket 136893879 about this mentioning that we've been unable to replicate the problem.
It also mentions that we need to check with you to make sure nothing on your machine or network are blocking the required ports for email.
With that in mind have you ruled out any security measures/software you have in place that could be affecting this?
