Drops in connection!

For some reason this morning I've been suffering drops in connection, it's off now, the lights on the router are flashing like mad. This really isn't good enough. I need a reliable connection.

I've done some checks and can't see anything obvious so please head straight over to http://faults.plus.net to report that with us, we'll obviously do what we can to get that sorted for you.

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. I've rang customer services and with their help I've changed the wireless channel. It's working again now, so I'll just have to see how it goes.
