I've checked your exchange and there's no capacity issues. If you see a slowdown again could you perform a speed test and run further dianostics?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I am having similar issues but with League of legends in particular in relation to lag and disconnects.
At 10.30 this morning I was receiving upwards of 200 ping rendering it impossible to play the game. This has been happening for weeks and happens daily for hours at a time throughout the day sometimes having 5000 ping shown in the game ping monitor. I am not connected via wireless. I'm not sure really what to do or how to progress.
The test attached is as of 10 minutes ago where it is fairly stable, however as previously stated it is incredibly inconsistent throughout the day.

It seems there may be some lag from ping 10 onwards, I'd suggest querying this with the game manufacturer. It may be something that they're aware of this or they may need to investigate this.
If you could let us know their response then we'll go from there.
