Drop in speed.

Hi,
Would the stats below indicate a drop in speed from a rock solid 12+megs, for the last 10 months, down to 4\5 megs?
Operational Mode  ADSL2+
Upstream 1167 kbps
Downstream 14617 kbps
SNR Margin (Upstream) 6.6 db
SNR Margin (Downstream) 6.0 db
Line Attenuation (Upstream) 10.6 db
Line Attenuation (Downstream) 22.0 db

Have you checked the current line speed https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed and are you testing via wireless

Just checked;  Current line speed:12.9 Mb.
I am testing via wireless.
