Drop in Speed and IP Profile
Hi,
I took the connection in Jan and at that time I was getting around 15 mb download - it stayed like that couple of months and now the speed I get is 12 mb . In Jan the BT profile was showing 15mb and now its showing 12mb . I am not sure what has changed .. nothing on my side for sure

I have tried resetting both Plusnet and BT Fibre routers today .. lets see if anything changes.. does anyone have any suggestions..

I've checked and must admit that I can't see any obvious cause for that. I can see a few drops in the past 24 hours but that's probably yourself rebooting the modem.
If this doesn't improve I'd suggest raising a fault http://faults.plus.net
