Drop in IP Profile

Afternoon,
My IP profile seems to have dropped and as a result my broadband speeds are lower than they previously were. This is an issue i've had once before on this line and it was resolved when some kind soul on these forums raised my IP profile back to over 7Mb.

Current Line Speed from the Member Centre area is listing 6Mb
Any help much appreciated.

Your line seems to be very stable, with minimal disconnections showing over the last month or so.

Therefore I'm going to do an SNR reset on your line, as you are connected to 20CN this will mean that your line enters the 10 day training period again, so try to avoid rebooting the router too often during this time.

Hopefully if you look at the router stats again today you should see an improvement in the speeds showing in there.
